REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not we are happy to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 working days from delivery. We have set out below a summary of the returns procedure.

Step 2
Make sure to pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

If the original outer packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate outer packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging or on items which have been used.
Orders which have qualified for a gift with purchase, and where the entire order is being returned, the free gift must also be returned in order for the goods to be exchanged/ refunded.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Ulvants England as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel). Customers wishing to return fragrance items or candles should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by Royal Mail or any other courier that is used.
